Customers/Potential Customers

- All orders will either be emailed out, shipped out or available for download, according to your preference, within 24 hours after payments clear. Electronic delivery is free. Orders that are requested to be shipped out will cost an additional $9.95 USD to most international destinations. International and domestic orders will be shipped using either standard ground or standard air mail provided by UPS or USPS. Delivery times will vary. If you prefer to have your order shipped out please select the option at checkout.
- You agree that purchasing from us is at your own will and there is a strict "Limited 30 Day Refund" policy on all sales.
- Refund requests are only valid within 30 days from the time of purchase. Refunds are NOT based on profitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to read our entire website and ask any questions before purchasing. Refunds will only be granted for technical reasons when in the rare occurence support staff are unable to help the customer to use any of our files, programs or software. Support staff will make every attempt to fix any technical issue before refunds are granted.
